Woohoo! Found it! This is the 2008 PMC Film Fest "Monyty Python" bomb intro I animated in AFX. Chris Silva did the voice, Ami Clark did the burning wick and sack bounce, and many PMC officers helped cut out pictures. The music is "The Liberty Bell" by John Phillip Sousa. Please don't sue us, this was a student project for a school function and not copied or sold :)
